Small Boats - The Rules

1. No boats will be allowed to leave the launch slip or beach until all engines are running.
2. Fishing times (duration of the competition) and venue will be decided on the day by the boat league secretary or assistant secretary, if absent.
3. There must be a minimum of two anglers per boat.
4. All fish are to be measured in length, with only six per specie to count. The total length of fish caught on the day to decide the winner.
5. A points system will be used to decide the league positions, i.e., 30 points for the winner, 27 points for second, 26 for third, and so on...
6. The competitions will have a £5.00 entry fee with a pool to be decided on the day.
7. The angler with the longest fish on the day will share in the pool prize.
 8. Only one rod to be used per angler ant any one time with a maximum of three hooks.
9. The best ten from a possible twelve results to count towards the final league result.
