Small Boats - The Rules

1. |
No boats will be allowed to leave the launch
slip or beach until all engines are running. |

2. |
Fishing times (duration of the competition)
and venue will be decided on the day by the boat league secretary
or assistant secretary, if absent. |

3. |
There must be a minimum of two anglers per
boat. |
|
4. |
All fish are to be measured in length, with
only six per specie to count. The total length of fish caught on
the day to decide the winner. |

5. |
A points system will be used to decide the
league positions, i.e., 30 points for the winner, 27 points for
second, 26 for third, and so on... |
|
6. |
The competitions will have a £5.00 entry fee
with a pool to be decided on the day. |
|
7. |
The angler with the longest fish on the day
will share in the pool prize. |
|
8. |
Only one rod to be used per angler ant any
one time with a maximum of three hooks. |
|
9. |
The best ten from a possible twelve results
to count towards the final league result. |
